Papaya Yogurt Mask:
natural beauty secret recipe
for skin lightening

Papaya has natural enzymes for exfoliating skin. Mix with the calming and nourishing benefits of yogurt for a great face mask.
I have used Ripe Papaya paste with thick cream or yogurt as a face
scrub or a mask since my teen years.
1.) Take a small piece of ripe papaya and smash it with a back of a spoon.
2.) Add 1 tsp of ygurt and mix well.
3.) Wash face and neck with warm water. Then, apply this mixture liberally.
4.) Leave for fifteen to twenty minutes.
5.) Finally, rinse with warm water.
