When thinking of Jennifer Aniston beauty secrets, I'm sure the first beauty tip readers want to know is how she gets such beautiful hair?
Well, apparently Jennifer Aniston's hair beauty secret is actually her hair stylist, Chris McMillan, whom she's worked with since before she became famous on "Friends". It seems Chris is the man responsible for "the Rachel" haircut.
From what I've read, Chris likes to use a lot of Shu Uemura products on Jen's hair, as well as his own line called Chris McMillan Hair. He's also said that Jen is faithful to take care of her hair by washing and conditioning it every day and letting it airdry when possible.
Next up on the list of Jen's beauty secrets would more specifically be Jen Aniston's workout and diet secrets in order to answer the question everyone asks as to how this woman gets such a great, toned body? Jen recently admitted to InStyle magazine the following:
"I work out almost every day, at least five or six days a week," Aniston says. "I do 40 minutes of cardio: spinning, running, the elliptical, or a combination of all three. Then I do Pilates one day a week, and I do yoga in addition to that, three days a week. I try to mix it up."
