Inner Beauty

Ok... before you roll your eyes, beauty really does come from within! Let me explain... if you feel terrible, if you're tired, tense, angry, sad, sickly, etc., you're not going to look your best.

One of the best ways to maximize your outer beauty is by getting your blood flowing and being healthy. Stretching is very important. Our muscles, especially the ones in the neck, tense up due to stress and improper exercise and pull our facial muscles down.

We make the same stressed-out expressions over and over and soon enough we have lines on our forehead and around our mouth. Yoga is great, it improves breathing and therefore circulation. It is also good for posture, which makes you appear taller and leaner.

Basically, being healthy, eating right, getting enough sleep, drinking water and exercizing are key to looking good.

Believe me, all those models take very very good care of themselves. The ones you see that look like skeletons - they may be doing drugs. I'm assuming you would rather look like a Victorias Secret Angel. If that is the case, do like the Angels do and drink tons of water, avoid the sun and tanning beds, eat healthy and break a sweat every day.

And don't forget to relax! It's far more effective than Botox.
