This website is dedicated to giving you lots of beauty secrets, beauty tips, and beauty tricks! Have you ever felt like everyone else knows something you don’t when it comes to looking good? Have you ever looked at a super-model, actor, actress, or celebrity and wondered, “What are the beauty secrets of the stars?”

Or in high school, did you or do you look at the most popular girl and wonder to yourself, “How does she do it?” Well, read on, friend, because I was once in that place too, and asking those questions.

You see, I was the proverbial ugly duckling growing up. And it wasn’t just outer beauty that I lacked; I had extremely low self-esteem as a child. I lived with the pain of being picked on in school and rejected by the “in” crowd.

After high school, I moved to Hollywood and there I met many make-up artists and professionals in the business. I even took courses in stage and film make-up myself. I learned many Hollywood beauty secrets. However, Tinseltown is known for its focus on outer beauty so sometimes one has to dig a little deeper there for the inner beauty focus--like the beautiful poem below penned by Sam Levenson for his grandchild and made famous by Audrey Hepburn.

Mostly, the inner beauty truths were ones I learned on my own through church, books, research, close friends who loved me, mentors who taught me how to improve and love myself, and through my wonderful and totally beautiful mother and grandmother who taught me that loving others is really the truest form of beauty.
