Eating Fruits

Fruits must be eaten regularly...especially fruits containing anti-oxidants (useful in repairing the tissues of our body).


Yes, great beauty tip, Vijaykanth. Red grapes and blueberries are great for anti-oxidants.

As we all should know (but it always deserves repeating)...so much of our beauty can and should come from a healthy diet with lots of fresh fruit and vegetables.

Other good sources of anti-oxidants are white and green tea, dark roast coffee, and my favorite...red wine. ;-)
