being clean is the best beauty secret. take frequent baths and showers and don't forget to apply moisturizer after every shower. work out somehow every day. yoga is the best because it is relaxing and u lose weight. don't smoke or drink alcohol, don't eat take out food or at least not that much of it, avoid stressful situations as much as possible. this might be harder for some people because some women are mothers. pray as much as you can.
